- Traditional cement render is usually painted after application. K Rend is a through-colour polymer system – the colour is in the product itself so it doesn't need painting and is generally more durable. K Rend also has a 25-year product guarantee.
- Can you match an existing render texture or colour?
- We can get close on most systems, though an exact match on old render is not always possible. For larger repairs we recommend re-rendering the whole elevation for a consistent look.
- How long does external rendering last?
- Traditional cement render with good paint maintenance can last 20+ years. Modern polymer systems like K Rend are designed to last 25+ years without painting.
- Do you do render repairs, or only full renders?
